These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services provided by Fusion IT (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“you” or “your”). By accepting a quote, placing an order, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide IT support, managed services, consultancy, and related solutions as described in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT unless clearly specified. Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be chargeable at our standard hourly rate unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, strikes, or government restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at fusionit.uk/terms-of-business. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
